Those going back into lockdown will have many deserted streets as the restrictions are enforced. Here in Georgia (U.S.) we really don't have restrictions although many restaurants still operate as curbside pick-up or drive-thru only. And most businesses have an option for curbside pick-up.
I was intrigued with the trees planted in the middle of the road and googled it. here is what I found:
"Trees are usually planted in middle of road primarily to reduce the noise pollution created by traffic , secondary they help to clean up the air by taking in Carbon dioxide and utilize it to transform solar energy into chemical energy by photosynthesis and release Oxygen as by-product.. They also, act as divider between the roads".
