@darylo well as it was dark the only light was from the candle so I needed to paint some light using an led torch on the wrappers at the front, it was a 13 sec exposure so had time to do that but accidently found out that if i pointed the torch which had multiple bulbs in it into the lens it made the trail, so on this shot I purposefully did that around the candle flame. light painting is all.
