These comfrey leaves were strongly backlit, bringing out the vein structure magnificently. I prefer them in the vivid green, but here we see the contrast between the upper and lower sides of the leaf.

Do you also use comfry for its medicinal uses? It is also known as knitbone I think, very good for repairing sprains.
