Agree with Hope! Low-contrast does make it look so soft and gorgeous. I tend to typically process everything in high-contrast in post because in my mind low contrast is lack of contrast(something wrong with the photo). I see how wrong it is now.

yes usually I know that to be the case, all depends on the subject I suppose, here it was the white and delicate shapes that suited it
