Exercise in Futility

Yes, it's snowing yet again. I'm ready for spring. Well, I've been ready for spring since December, but now I'm *really* ready for spring. We're supposed to get about 5 inches of snow today, but the rate at which it's falling suggests more than that. We got over 2 inches in the first hour, which made it the perfect time to go out for a photo. I spotted these three attempting to keep up with the snowfall by shoveling out their driveway as it fell. Talk about an exercise in futility. They're not making that much progress.
Post processing started with a classic filter in Topaz B&W FX. I adjusted color sensitivity sliders, adaptive exposure, regions, contrast, boost black, and protect highlights. A levels adjustment was added in PSE.
Woooah, you get sooo much snow...
and here in Germany I don't see the garden anymore, there are already thousands of snowfrops :OO
Fun capture of the shoveling people. :)
@justaspark Oh, Jule, I am *SO* ready for spring. The mess we got today changed to rain at the last minute, so it was very heavy to shovel. The snow alongside my driveway now measures 30 inches. /sigh
