I'm on vacation this week and today was the day I picked to do my taxes. Killing three birds with one stone, I not only completed my tax returns but also cooked lunch and took my photo-a-day all at the same time. For the curious, the lunch you see coming out of the oven is a spinach pie. (Some areas may call it a calzone.) Basically, it's spinach, provolone cheese, pepperoni (a dried Italian sausage popular in the US) and olives, wrapped in a crust of pizza dough. I love 'em.
Post processing started with a classic filter in Topaz B&W FX. I adjusted color sensitivity sliders, adaptive exposure, regions, contrast, boost black, and protect highlights. A levels adjustment was added in PSE.
