The first day of spring saw temperatures reach 55°F (13°C.) Early morning rain gave way to bright afternoon sun. I took advantage of the nice weather to visit Wickenden Street in Providence at lunch. The Coffee Exchange was doing an excellent business with folks enjoying the day on the outdoor patio and sidewalk seating. Sadly, the nice weather is not expected to last. We're told to expect the next two weeks to be unseasonably cold. March, it seems, will go out like a lion.

Post processing started with a classic filter in Topaz B&W FX. I adjusted color sensitivity sliders, adaptive exposure, regions, contrast, boost black, and protect highlights. A levels adjustment was added in PSE.

Another great street scene...love how you pick corners and different level views for your pics...and I also hope your weather person is wrong and you get some warmer weather soon!
