Brisk Walk in the Rain

"Next time," thought the dog, "I'll hold the leash and umbrella while you walk in the rain." Neither dog nor walker looked to be enjoying themselves as they moved quickly through India Point Park. The dog least of all. At least the walker smiled and said hello as she passed me, but the pup never even glanced my way. He kept his head down and was obviously praying for the walk to end. My guess is that they were staying at the hotel across the street since there are no houses anywhere near this park, at least not in walking distance when it's raining.
Post processing started with a classic filter in Topaz B&W FX. I adjusted color sensitivity sliders, adaptive exposure, regions, contrast, and boost black. A levels adjustment was added in PSE.
