The Providence Flea Market returned to the waterfront again this year, making its appearance every Sunday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The number of vendors seems to grow every year, and the number of food trucks parked along Canal Street appear to be trying to match them booth for truck. The Flea Market has become very popular, especially on sunny days like today. It's a great spot for browsing, eating, and people watching.

Post processing started with a classic filter in Topaz B&W FX. I adjusted color sensitivity sliders, adaptive exposure, regions, contrast, boost black, and protect highlights. A levels adjustment was added in PSE.
