Rent a Ruin

I had brunch with a new Meetup Group in North Attleboro today, and on my way there I noticed this ruined building sporting the "No Trespassing" and "For Rent" signs just begging to be photographed. The worn sign hanging off the front of the building reads "ABC Vacuums." I don't remember the business, but from the looks of the building - and the sign - I'd guess it hasn't been in business for a few decades.
Post processing started with a neutral filter in Topaz B&W FX. I adjusted color sensitivity sliders, adaptive exposure, regions, contrast, boost black, boost white, and protect highlights. A levels adjustment was added in PSE.
