No Wake Zone

I stopped by Bold Point on my way home from work today. While getting hissed at by a gaggle of geese in the parking lot, I noticed this boater slowly passing under the Washington Bridge. It's a no-wake zone, meaning he has to keep his speed below 5 MPH. That gave me enough time to get my camera out of my car, change lenses, navigate around the hissing geese, and find an interesting setting for the photo.
Post processing started with a classic filter in Topaz B&W FX. I adjusted color sensitivity sliders, adaptive exposure, regions, contrast, boost black, boost white, and protect highlights. A levels adjustment was added in PSE.
