Fenced In or Fenced Out

I've had this collapsing building on my "safety shot" list for months, now. Today, with very little time for a photo, I decided to put it to good use. I puzzled for a bit about how to shoot over or around the fence, since it was the shack I wanted to showcase. Finally it dawned on me that the fence would make a fantastic foreground if properly exposed. Armed with that revelation, I composed this photo through the fence. I liked how you really can't tell if the building is inside the fencing or if I'm inside the fencing, hence the title.
Post processing started with a classic filter in Topaz B&W FX. I adjusted color sensitivity sliders, adaptive exposure, regions, contrast, boost black, boost white, and protect highlights. A levels adjustment was added in PSE.
