One of the things I don't mind about winter is brussel sprouts, I love them, especially with a dash of butter

@kjarn I peel the leaves off one by one, blanche in chicken stock and mix into creamy mashed potatoes. That's the only way I eat them, silly I know ;-)

One of my favorite veggies! Roasted like you say is the best. Never ever ate them as a kid, but then again my mother never cooked them.
