@pusspup yes! so exciting for us all! So much rain overnight and finally it has stopped enough I could go out spotting and found 7 koalas and all were ravenously eating and looking like wrung out dishrags - and not unhappy about any of it :) Did you get it down there too? when I looked at the full national view on bom it seemed you were

Great capture. They must be very still while they sleep. I toss and turn (I am told :-). Often when I wake up in the morning I'm just glad that it's either the pillow or the duvet on the floor and not me :-)

@helstor totally with you there Helge! They get comfy, hold on, then totally relax the rest of their body and go into really deep sleeps and do not move for hours.
Sometimes though if they are just napping and snoozing they wake and fidget a bit, then slightly change position, move a couple of feet up or down the branch and snooze again - probably their way of tossing and turning? :)
