I hadn't seen Dewdrop for nearly 3 weeks so I was relieved to identify her as back 'home'. If I may be so bold as to tell a wild animal where 'home' is :) Well she was likely conceived and born here, certainly spent most of her early days out of the pouch here and we would all love her to stay around for good!
The only problem with observing wild animals is that they choose their territory and if they leave here I'm left clueless. But the upside is that I get to observe animals in the wild being totally natural so yay!
Thank you for the awesome comments and questions on my photos.
nice to see her back again and the relaxed pose - I guess the other issues are that you want them to roam to widen the gene pool and maintain the population
I’m sure koalas have a place they think of as ‘home’ and I’m sure for many of them it’s your property. They will feel safe there. Yes, that’s a huge upside 😊.
Wild nature is governed by its laws. If her right goes away. All that remains is faith that she can manage. And joy from the moments when she was here.
