L'Hôtel de Région, Montpellier

You can't stay here, you won't find it on Booking.com. Our region of France (there are 13 on the mainland) is called Occitanie. It has two administrative centers, Toulouse and Montpellier. This is where I will be going to have my interview for French naturalisation, hopefully in 2022 - I put in my application in 2018. This is not Montpellier's town hall, that is called l'Hôtel de Ville, and unlike this building, makes it onto the list of Montpellier's top 7 architectural gems:

Spectacular modern public building. If you don't know French, you may not know that not all buildings called l'hotel are real accommodation.
