Sometimes I spend too much time thinking about the things that I am unhappy about. Today was a good day and I chose to focus on all the reasons I have to be happy.
What I'm happy about right now:
- I had the day off work
- I was able to sleep in and have a lazy morning
- I had a really good workout today
- I was able to spend some time reading a good book this afternoon
- Husband brought me home my favourite chocolate
- Right now I am listening to some music I love (City and Colour), drinking coffee, and I can smell my favourite hand lotion...
Also, today is day 60 for me! I can't believe I have been doing this for two months now!
