Going through some old notes. I wanted to put them in the paper shredder, but found it was full and didn't want to empty it so late at night. It feel like a lifetime ago that I wrote them when really it was almost exactly a year ago.
It's funny how much can change in a year without really noticing it at the time. It's like I didn't notice the small daily changes in myself and my life. But then now when I look back at a year ago I am startled by the differences.

Great shot Lauren & like everyone else I like the composition here & B&W is just perfect for this shot. Like your commentary & yes life changes a lot when you look back hopefully it changes for the better every time or most times :-)
Great shot, and astute observation. Sometimes the changes can happen so quickly - in a day or a week, other times they take longer, but looking back they seem so obvious.
I so agree with you on this. It's like a time warp when you read old notes.. and I was trying to figure out why the word WHy is underlined lol Curious me lol
