Pink and Green

My garden is full of this fluffy, cottony stuff and I have no idea what it is from. It looks like that stuff that falls from trees in the spring, so I'm not sure why it has all appeared here now. Or maybe it's been here all summer and I just didn't notice when the plants were all in bloom... hmmm, a mystery...
