"Spooktacular"

I apologize that this is a bit out of focus and grainy, I couldn't really tell on the screen of my point and shoot.

Last night my husband and I attended a halloween event with his parents. It was called "Spooktacular" and was actually really, really fun. It took place in Fort Edmonton Park, which is a historic old replica of Edmonton as it would have been when it was a brand new settlement. There were shows, haunted houses, stories, actors, dancers, a fire show, places to get food, etc. Some areas were fun and meant for young kids, while other areas were actually pretty scary... there were times we all actually screamed!

This is one of the actors that was wandering around the grounds. There were all sorts of these creepy actors that completely stayed in character. This one kept following me, just staring at me and closely getting in my face. He was actually really creepy!

I think the slight blurriness creates movement, which makes it more urgent-looking. It's great!! :-)

kreepy!! they had REALLY good actors at SCREAMFEST in edmonton too, that we went too! their make up looked UNREAL, and they all had in those kreepy contacts.....they looked zombies, it was really neat!! i like this halloween shot, and it sounds like you all had a great time!!
