Lying About

Usually some colour to be found around the harbour but not usually lying like this. Not in a place that many people would pass and be likely to trip over. Does look like it is serving a purpose though I couldn't tell what.

How I love what sailors do with ropes. Even these are rolled for quick use. They stand out against the weathered pallet and dock.
