Lights, Camera, Action

Entry to a section of Commercial Street was barred to the locals today due to filming for the new series of the Shetland Crime Drama. Perish the thought of anyone get near the set as bouncers with walkie talkie's were swooping down on you.

I hope the script didn't need a dark rainy scene as the sun shone all day with not a cloud in the sky.

I wonder when it is out? Isn't this one of the main shopping areas? That is rather inconvenient for a small town.

@callymazoo It's due later in the year. It is one of the main shopping areas but it wasn't for the whole day

Yes indeed.....they shoot a lot of commercials in Mevagissey.....take over large areas of the village.....shopkeepers don't complain too much though, because a large film crew brings in lots of trade for them.....
