Looking down to the bottom of the cliffs near the cattle grid at Sumburgh Head I got a shock to see three shiny headed additions to the Guillemots and Razorbills. I assume the birds were being ringed or the young Guillemots were being weighed before they head for the open sea. Fascinating work if not a bit dangerous.
