There is a certain joy when the first Celandine of the year is spotted. It's like seeing the first Puffin of the year as you know there is going to be a burst of activity very soon.
Interesting! That confirms it. Our spring in the Midlands is very late this year. Last year we were several weeks ahead of you with spring blooms. I saw my first celandine yesterday.
