The only reason to exit the house today was to keep the daily photo set going strong. Abandoned my first attempt after about 100 yards as I could not move forward in the wind. Slightly better this afternoon and timed the passing of the Hoswick bus shelter to perfection to stay dry. 76 mph gust recorded at mid-day.
