Rusty's closed in mid-2008, there have been a few rumors and reports about replacements. It was reported in late 2013 that Hendricks BBQ had bought it and would be opening in mid 2014. Clearly, that didn't happen.

I ate there once or twice, probably late '90s. I don't remember much about it, though.

I remember going to a dinner function there once. It was the premiere spot in Madison County. Hard to believe it's been closed so long.
