Just a little something.... For a some reason I tend to notice, and be drawn to these kinds of markings on our walkways and roadways.... If you dig through my album(s) I'm sure you could find a few examples.

I'm sure it has deep meaning for somebody. Or perhaps shallow meaning....

Could be taken anywhere.... But to be a bit more precise, Fairview Heights, IL

Means Orwell's '1984' to me... room 101 was a torture room where the subjects were made to experience their own worst nightmares! My kinda place! :-) Well spotted, worth stopping to take the shot.
