Note: the base photo was not taken by me. Several years after father died, we found a stack of Polaroids in some of his stuff. They appear to be from the late 40's, and appear to cover a road trip from southern WV to New Orleans to Texas and the Mexico. I'm presuming it was after he returned from serving in the Navy, or perhaps after he graduated college. I scanned all of the photos, after carefully uncurling them.
