Enjoying the sun

on my neighbours terrace.

As this is a holiday home and they are seldom there, they had the whole terrace closed off with sliding glass panels.

The birds love it there and of course make a huge mess.

Yes, I guess any kind of ground barrier will not keep the birds from flying in. You probably need one of those devices that makes a noise which only the birds hear to keep them away- sort of like a dog whistle. Good shot though!
