This was served to me at the "Last Light Cafe" in Tuatapere in Southland, NZ. Its a real delicacy and a very generous helping. The Cafe is near the Hump Track in a wild area good for tramping.
Sound good , I have not had Whitebait yet but have seen Steve Logan & Al Brown catching them & eating on 'Hunger For The Wild '' Might get a taste this time !!!
