Poor Mr Man, our Nuts'n'Bolts man was swept out to sea! He was tossed and turned but something bumped into him! It wasn't a shark, thank goodness but an old empty Fijian canoe! Thankfully he levered himself awkwardly on to it and balanced precariously!
A powerful storm erupted in the night and lightening flashed, thunder rolled and Mr Man felt desperately lonely and helpless. Everything was wet - his shortwave radio, his cheese rolls he had put aside for lunch, even his pyjamas!
Travelling by the light of the moon, where will he end up? How will it end...........
I am so far behind that I have missed too many of this series and just went backwards. I LOVE them all. You are so incredibly creative. This of the illustrated books that you could write!
Love the lightning in the background. I really thought he would fly off into the air somehow. I would have guessed that he got washed out to sea and that he would be rescued by a Figian canoe.
Oh, I am so grateful that he found that Fijian canoe. I hope he is able to use the stars to help him find his way. Looking forward to what lies ahead for him.
I've had such fun looking through these photos (although I did start with this one originally and think ??!!) So I went way back and followed the adventures of Mr Man. I love the stories and your imagination to come up with each photo!
