Tsunami Alert

Mr Man, our Nuts'n'Bolts man left the seawall far behind and is traversing a rough road at sea level. Suddenly he is aware of a roaring sound! He looks to his left and sees a mountain of waves rushing at him! Did he pack his water wings? Should he gun it inland - not enough time! Is he a gonna?
