Always after the bird by maggiemae

Always after the bird

Thats what I am! I put honey out for the ringeyes and they flocked in to fight with each other, flutter their wings and drink. After about 15 photos, several different settings on the camera I came to the conclusion that the light wasn't good enough for a good photo. The tree was in the shade and I could only shoot through the window. This one ended up looking blurred all over so I framed it hoping it would look a bit like a silk painting!

Three Good Things.
1. John was so pleased to read all the lovely birthday wishes for his birthday and wants to thank everyone!
2. Went out to a BA5 (Business after 5pm). It was in a new showhome; the nibbles were tops, the wine was quality and the home amazing with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms 2 lounges, laundry, sewing room, large cupboard type area for computer.
3. I could fit into my fairly smart black trousers.
Awesome shot

Amazing eyes & the whole photo is as you describe, a very expensive screen silk painting...all honey colours too!
4 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms.... what luxury! You thinking of moving or just there for a nosy?
June 11th, 2013
@happypat no, Pat, just a nosy - far too big for us at our time of life! It was fairly bland in decor. I went for the nibbles and wine too!
