Dragon of mystery by maggiemae

Dragon of mystery

Mysterious because of its unknown origins. It was in the house before my mother married my father - like before 1930. There were two candlesticks and now only one is left.

Three good things:
1. This dragon does not feature in my dreams.
2. Made my own photo opportunity happen because nothing else did!
3. Repeating my pleasure in finding my way around the world with 365 friends!
very creative shot

I love dragons and this is really cool. I always teach kids who are afraid to draw because they can't make it look right, so I tell them to think of all the thousands of kinds of dragons and how no one can say one is wrong because they are all imaginary and suddenly they are delighted and drawing a lot.

love the shadow you have made out of it. You might have a dream of being an empress with dragons protecting you.

Nice shot. Love the lighting and the shadow. Looks nice in b&w. That's cool that it's so old.
