Wisteria in waiting by maggiemae

Wisteria in waiting

Finding more options in my new camera. Macro isn't obvious - it tends to set itself with focusing and I've found new focus settings to practice on. The wisteria is gradually coming out but a while away from dropping down.

Three good things:
1. Dug up about 6 kg of potatoes.
2. Learning how to store potatoes.
3. Potato soup.
Love potato soup and this shot. Just gorgeous, Maggiemae!!! Super dof and textures. Soft and lovely, toO!

Your potatoes have soon grown.....I expect you can plant them sooner than we can perhaps. We don't seem to be able to dig ours until about June which is later than you I think. Potatoes are so versatile! Wisteria is so striking when in full flow,

@happypat These potatoes are last years planting! Just shows how good the earth is for storing them!

Lovely! I discovered that my camera will shoot in RAW and RAW+jpg. Now I just have to find out how to make my computer read a picture shot in RAW. Nice shot!

@maggiemae I'm sure it's in my manual too- but I'm trying to get caught up on those who've patiently commented on my pictures while I've been AWOL over the last few days.
