Victorian Ma & Pa by maggiemae

Victorian Ma & Pa

A sweet little scene through an open doorway in our Historic Precinct. The Oamaru stone walls compliment the arranged interior.

Three Good Things;
1. I'm not in the Victorian age.
2. A lovely Pea,pie,pudd in the Pub opposite this scene.
3.The ashes of my sister and her husband arrived and a rainbow shone over Oamaru.
Love love love that old bike outside. Great scene and find! Happy weekend!

Beautiful capture. Aren't you glad you have your electric bike and don't have to ride something like the one in this picture?
October 25th, 2014
@tristansmum I'm loving the bike more and more - not painful knees, no inordinate puffing!
October 25th, 2014
Lovely shot. Masterful composition. It is great that you were greeted by a rainbow today.
October 25th, 2014
It's a great shot, and maybe because it's coming up on Halloween, it's also just a little bit creepy too. Ha. Especially because it seems like they are looking at you.

October 25th, 2014
@cocobella I don't think so though just round the corner of the sofa is a pillar with ivy twirled round it that is painted.

Nice shot. It looks like a doll house! So cool that a rainbow appeared at the same time the ashes arrived. I think that's a sign.
