Wispy wisteria by maggiemae

Wispy wisteria

This was taken out of the bedroom window when I noticed these tiny and curly growths. It is a wisteria which is currently putting out long and thin fronds everywhere! In fact this particular frond got snapped off by him indoors! Her outdoors didn’t really mind - I managed a good focus after lots of tries.

Three good things:
1. Why am I having super sleeps now? Everything is the same - a certain amount of heat during the night, food, wine, exercise!
2. John & I extricated ourselves from Sadie near the bottom of the sea and floated to the surface elegantly. Picked up by the helicopter with the handsome pilot of course!
3. The fact that I can make up stories (its called lying through your teeth)!
Lovely capture and great focus and detail. FAV

A lovely capture, @maggiemae (and I am very jealous of the view from your bedroom window!). Keep making up those stories (you could always use the old adage: Write what you know.)

The leaves are curling so beautifully; this is a wonderful composition! I especially like the bokeh of the red and pink in the background.

@dsp2 Those colours in the background are roses. Glad to see they were shown as bokeh!

@taffy It takes a bit of effort with my camera - sometimes it focuses and other times it just can't find it!

Funny how our sleep patterns come & go, I am the same but I think a tot of whisky helps!
Wisteria is a lovely climbing plant, we have a small one up the front of our house. Sounds lovely leaning out of the window in the sun to take this shot. We are bracing our selves for storm Frank. We are going through names like a wirlwind.......very apt description!

Lovely! Seems I saw this one too- but no comment. What is wrong with me? Am I viewing 365 in my sleep? Oh well, at least I saw and commented on it now!
