Gliding on..

Moved on westward ho! To a venue where the gliders compete in the skies for a prize.

The wifi here is so slow loading anything that I just leave it go and read a chapter from my book then return. So impossible to wait for 365 photos to open!

Three Good Things:
1. Our camping site doesn’t connect to TV/satellite so here we are listening to music and telling each other bad jokes!
2. This was just one of the gliders coming into land - against the dramatic landscape of the hills they love to soar and enjoy.
3. Watching others gather for a chat outside and see them put on all the warm clothes they have with them - look like sheets and blankets!

@bankmann Unfortunately there was a fatal crash with these races a couple of days ago. Gliding can be deadly. The pilot had over 4500 hours but no guarantee of safety!
