Today it was -14degC and the snow was crisp! My son and DIL took granddaughter out after dressing up which takes so long! She was not daunted by snow on the slide!
Three good things:
1. My fingers got so cold they hurt so I went back into the warm inside!
2. I gave Sabrina her very first haircut - the fact that I was once a hairdresser helped - you have to go flat out before the child decides that is enough!
3. Last full day here to enjoy!
oh, it's only -14. you'd be fine if there's no wind. in Toronto, during the winter, if it hits plus 5, idiots are out in shorts and no jackets. and then we complain about the heat in the summer. :-D we are Canadians!
This one looks especially nice on black. A terrific shot of the family. Nice you had a warm place to go back to. We have had several days that cold here as well, minus the snow of course!
wow Maggie you are so brave going out in cold like this. I bet you are frozen. I remember cold when I lived in the UK and don't miss it at all. It makes a lovely shot though and it tells a story.
Wonderful and cold capture. Love the snow but looks so cold. I did not know you cut hair in the past. You have many talents. In the low 40's here with no sun at the moment.
