A film crew from Australia were coming through the Whisky Distilleries in the South Island and stopped in Oamaru to interview John and his Velocette (not that the motorbike could say anything intelligible) and it was all attuned to Indian Motorbikes, apart from John’s Velocette.
Three good things:
1. John got his motorbike tuned, with a WOF and registered all for this event. He rode in with the one lady in the crew on the back.
2. A barbecue in the Playground with free blue cod and a chef that made the most delicious cheese sauce to go with it.
3. Even a snoggin or two of really good single malt whisky was shared!
