Havelock in the top of the South Island is the capital of Green lipped Mussels and I can verify for the deliciousness! Also a big Marina for boats waiting to access the beautiful Marlborough Sounds! Apologies for no comments - I miss doing so!
Three Good Things:
1. Problems with internet may mean I can’t post anything for a few days! Finished one book - starting another!
2. A big lunch of mussels meant we didn’t have anything to eat for the rest of the day!
3. A fairly rough community here - listened to a tough Sheila laughing her head off ...... for 4 hours!
@grammyn she was out on the hotel veranda drinking beer and smoking for hours as I said ! She was one of those people that say something then go into peals of laughter every time!
