Our hotel apartment was quite small and didn't have a lake view but you could find your way easily to the Lake edge. I loved the cabbage tree here.

It was so cold here outside but our apartment was easily heated. Other things weren't so good.. the oven door didn't shut properly, and other things. One does have to appreciate the good things, like this view!
Well as long as you were warm & dry you would be going out for your larger meals I expect! I don’t mind having breakfast or light lunch in the apartment but biggest best meal I would want to eat out if I was on holiday!! A beautiful view which does not look one bit as though it’s very cold & middle of winter!
