Bird with no friends..

Every time I see a bird sitting on this branch out in the garden, I rush to pick up my camera. This time was the only time the bird stayed here!
I guess I was behind him in this shot.

Had so many carrots in the fridge, I made creme of carrot soup! One of my favourites!

Well he’s chosen his perch well I think especially for a photo. Nicely framed in between the branches ..is it a starling?
