This year we have six spikes of flower from this type of yucca! Right outside our windows. They grow the spike and it develops and some weeks later, the flowers start to assemble. As you can see there are numerous flowers and in full flower they are so pretty!

We have to eat ham every meal before it goes funny. Can be good, can be a bit tedious!
@grammyn I tried on a pizza but I didn't have a pizza base and used a tortilla type frozen one I had. Very bland and all the topping slid off into your lap!
