An Old Fashioned Downtown

I love that my town has an actual “old downtown” street. It’s little shops and great restaurants along one road. During the pandemic the road was closed to foot-traffic only and they put up heated tents on the street for people to eat outside. The tents are still there, which helps the businesses to survive.

@jgpittenger So far it looks as though they are … there is plenty of parking behind the shops on each side … so, we’ll see.

A nice traditional feel. I think all towns and cities need to address car free zones for shopping.
