Hey Mags - Love the new-greenery... Also, a week ago my wife and I attended an event in Denver, at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts. It was to benefit the Center's youth art programs. First was wine & appetizers, followed by dinner and speeches, then...... adjourned to the Theater to watch Three Dog Night perform for about an hour and a half. It was a small venue, about 600 folks and all very close to the stage. Had a great time.

@joeboxster Oh no! But, I think I'd rather have a blizzard than go right into summer like we're doing here. I'm sweating my arss off in the yard and it's supposed to be in the 60s - not the upper 80s with 90 percent humidity! That's for May, June, July, August, September and most of October. Ugh!

maggie i like the way the tree trunks have framed the beautiful colour of the young leaves....I like your description of 'tender young leaves' as it looks like the trunks are standing guard protecting the vulnerable leaves
