Last week there was a fire at our university library. While there was not catastrophic damage to the building, there was a good deal of smoke and water damage. So, needless to say, the library is not open and no timeline yet for when it will re-open. This shows a couple of views of what is going on outside. The top shot shows the large tubes feeding into the building. I'm not sure if they are blowing air in (fans) or sucking moisture from the air. They are hooked to large machines such as the blue unit above. It's context for this closer shot that I kind of liked for the crazy angles produced when I tilted the iPod to get the white tube on the right straight up and down for a half and half shot (though in the end I went back later with the camera and took one I used for that): http://365project.org/mcsiegle/365/2018-05-31

Because the central IT services are housed at the library, they took down all the various systems and have been restoring them piece by piece.
