April challenged me to look around my kitchen for photo opportunities there. When she had been given the same challenge, she’d spent a little time sitting at her kitchen table. I don’t have a kitchen table—dining room table, but no kitchen table. So I looked for what I could take as I stood at the sink. The sad fact is my kitchen is in such a messy state, there were very few views I’d want to share. I played around on Hyperspektiv with a shot of cans in the dish rack—rinsed and headed for recycling. Here’s one of the resulting versions. A shot of the “Cryo cuff” and cooler for icing my knee — I ran that through the ToonCamera app. The shot of Babe lounging on the ledge between kitchen and dining room didn’t need any fancy processing.
