@farmreporter Thanks, Wendy. Not my artwork. It’s a portion of a long narrow wooden box with wood-burned decorations in it. The letters A.M. are for my mother’s aunt, Ann Montgomery. On the bottom it’s marked “Flemish Art Co” which I see produced lots of pyrographic pieces such as plaques and glove boxes such as this one. (though this box is particularly long and so my sister is taking it to Ohio with her, as it fits on Mom’s large bureau that’s been sitting in my garage waiting for Barb to take.) see the last Half and Half I posted this month — a thimble that had belonged to Auntie Ann’s mother — mom’s paternal grandmother.
