As it was a beautiful afternoon we went for a short drive in the country. We stopped at The General Store in Jarrahdale for afternoon tea. The birds and bees were busy in this grevillea in the garden. I think this is a Western Spinebill. There were several flitting in and out of the shrub, but they were mostly obscured by the branches.
@deborah63@janetb Thank you both, I was really pleased with the way this worked. I had just sat down to drink my coffee when he appeared. I still had my macro lens on because I'd been taking photos of the bees and didn't think he'd wait for me to change it :)
